We stand out thanks to our highly trained team, advanced equipment, and dedication to environmentally responsible practices. As a nationally accredited, women-owned and minority owned business, we are proud to provide safe, reliable. and sustainable solutions for every client.
Who We Are
Hometown Tree Experts is a women-owned and minority-owned tree service and arborist company based at 4700 Sandy Spring Road in Burtonsville, Maryland. With more than 20 years of experience caring for trees, we serve homeowners, businesses, and communities across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC, with most of our work in Montgomery, Howard, and Prince George’s counties.
We are a two-time Angie’s List Super Service Award winner, and we earned that recognition the same way we earn every new customer: by showing up when we say we will, doing the work safely and correctly, and leaving every property clean.
What We Do
Our crews handle the full range of residential and commercial tree work, including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump removal, and 24/7 emergency storm response. Our arborist services cover tree health and risk assessments, disease treatment, cabling and bracing, and tree preservation during construction. We also provide tree planting, lot and brush clearing, and roll-off dumpster rental.
How We Work
Every job starts with a careful look at the tree, the property, and what you want to accomplish. We explain what we recommend and why, we follow proper pruning and safety practices, and we treat your home and landscape with the same care we would want for our own. We are proud to offer military discounts as a thank you to those who serve.
